Our Youth Service started in 1976 with the first youth centre located in Sha Tin. ELCSS-HK has been providing a variety of services to teenagers including school social work teams, 5 integrated youth service centres, 2 district outreaching service teams, counselling services for teenagers, Integrated Service Centre for Reconciliation, outreaching services for young night drifters and Psychotropic Substance Abuse Counseling Centre for Youth.

We have also introduced various innovative services, such as Preschool Life Education, ‘Uncle Long-leg’ Letter Box, Youth Employment Training & Coaching, Youth Enhancement Scheme, in order to help teenagers to grow up in a healthy manner.
