Responding to the development of the society, we have launched several special projects in recent years. Due to the aging population, the public health care expenditure keeps increasing. Hence, the daily health care and disease prevention has been more important. We have operated Tuen Mun District Health Centre, which providing health assessment, chronic disease management and community rehabilitation to help citizens plan a SMART healthy life based on preventive healthcare.

Meanwhile, we have been rendering support to those living in inadequate housing. Following our development of“LOHAS Land” under the Community Housing Movement, we will launch the transitional housing project“The STEP” with more than 1000 units, expected to operate in early 2024.
