Our centre was established in1 Jan, 1995. We have drawn together our existing resources from youth service centres, outreach and school social workers in Tin Shui Wai. We strive to provide comprehensive and diversified services to the children and youths there.

Service Objectives

-To care about the children and youths in the community by providing learning opportunities that can facilitate their growth;
-To assist youths to develop positive outlook of life, enhancing their interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and the ability to cope with different situations;
-To help youths to understand the society and participate in community services;
-To provide services to the disadvantaged and youths in less favorable situations;
-To motivate parents, schools and groups to care for the needs of our youngsters, and together building a desirable environment for their growth.

Target Groups
Children and youths aged 6 –30 and their families who are living or studying in Tin Yiu Estate, Tin Tsz Estate, Tin Yau Court, Tin Lai Court, Tin Shing Court, Kingswood Villas and nearby districts.
