Tin Shui Wai District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team is located at a quiet corner within the estate, we aim to blend the natural environment into our centre so that teenagers and our social workers can look for their mental peace and aspiring powers under the ever-changing but beautiful nature.
Teenagers can ignore any tumult and confusion they have encountered outside the world and listen to their own heartfelt wishes. Equipped with various facilities and with a design theme of plants and landscape, they can discover talents and potentials from team training and entertaining activities and perform music in the band room.

Service Objectives
Through outreaching services, we will:
- Provide counselling, training, family intervention and referral services
- Assist teenagers to overcome challenges of growth and fully develop their potential
- Provide opportunities for teenagers to facilitate physical, psychological and intellectual development
- Seek to arouse the awareness of issues regarding the needs and challenges
faced by teenagers
