Introduction

North District Youth Outreaching Social Work Team was established in 1992 and received government subvention in 1993. It provides developmental and counselling services for teenagers aged 6-24 in North district.

Service Objectives
Through our establishment of social networks and the collation of community resources, we have these service objectives:
- To inspire children and youths in physical, psychological and intellectual development;
- To assist youths to overcome challenges of growth
- To enhance family functions
- Building a proper environment for the growth of teenagers to achieve the goal of holistic caring.

Target Groups
Professional social workers reaching out to places teenagers used to gather such as playgrounds, snooker rooms, game centres, internet cafés, fast food restaurants and housing estates.
