Service Objectives

- Assist the elderly to maintain a healthy, respectful and dignified living
-Promote the residents to build a caring community
-Offer comprehensive services to meet the social and personal care needs for health or physical defects elderly.

Elders aged 55 years old or above, carers and the community

Equipment

Rooms:activities rooms, meeting rooms, pantries
Special facilities: table for table tennis, massage chair, prevention of shock machine, Rehab materials and elderly resource court, chesses, reading court

活動內容

• 日常活動：會員可於指定時間使用中心設施 班組課程：
• 包括成人教育課程、多元化的識字及興趣班等 小組/專題活動：
• 包括健康專題講座、工作坊、長者義工訓練、健體班、歌唱及話劇組等 個人服務：
• 每月的身體檢查、諮詢及輔導服務，及接受探訪慰問等。

其他服務

• 跨代共融活動、節日慶祝、旅行、日營、每月例會、健康講座、諮詢及輔導服務
• 長者健康奶粉銷售
• 季度生日會茶聚
• 輪椅租用服務

收費

會藉時間：由每年4月1日至翌年3月31日
1年$20；半年$10

申請手續

帶同身份證明文件到本中心填妥會員申請表格即可。

會員福利

• 免費參加本中心指定的會員活動（例如：健康檢查、講座、例會）；
• 以優惠價報名參加本中心舉辦的活動或服務；
• 免費索取本中心定期印製的季訊； 於指定時間免費借用本中心電腦；
• 領取綜援的會員可以八折收費參與活動及班類（申請贊助的活動除外）。
• 參與中心各類服務、活動及享用設施。

補證

會員如遺失會員證，補證時需繳交行政費$5。

終止及退出會籍

只需將會員證交回中心，則可退會。所繳付的費用恕不退還。
會員須每年繳交年費，作續會之用，逾期續會則作自動退會論。
