Over the past decade, ELCHK Youth Service has assisted, with remarkable outcomes, the growth of teenagers by developing their talents. By consolidating our frontline experience over the years, Hong Kong Youth Talent Institute was established in April 2014 as an advanced platform for talent training. In July 2014, YTI officially commenced its operation. It is our belief that there is a stage for every individual in the world. Building on this belief, we committed ourselves in developing talent-oriented courses in four different aspects - advanced training, tutor training, talent localization and career planning - in order to provide a training and performance platform for teenagers.
