To cater for the needs of job seekers and employees according to the change and development of society, ELCSS-HK has commenced various employment training and community services to provide timely support to the community since 2000. They include Grace Training and Development Centre - providing employment training courses to enhance the competitiveness of the middle-aged job seekers; Login Club For New Arrivals - rendering various support services to the new arrivals to increase their employment opportunities and help them understanding the local community for community integration; Professional Training Center - offering training programmes to corporations, government, schools and social service organizations, and to facilitate participants, especially the new generation employees, to fit into their respective corporate culture and improving loyalty.
