1. 中心申請分為日營及露營，所繳交的營費已包括中心內所有設施(歷奇物資除外)之費用。
2. 申請本中心之團體可同時購買專業培訓中心之配套服務，詳情可與本中心職員查詢。
3. 申請表可自行下載影印備份。
