The Centre has provided services for mild-to-moderately mentally handicapped persons since 2009. Services include individual or group training, outreach rehabilitation and support, social, leisure and personal development, carer services, community education, volunteer services and referrals.
Our target groups include disabilities and their families, carers and the general public.

轉介服務﹕

• 轉介個案予恰當的政府部門或社會服務單位，並提供跟進服務。

費減免細則
凡經濟有困難者， 而又沒有接受「綜合社會保障援助計劃」，可在服務開展前，向中心提出豁免或減免收費申請。

服務報名及聯絡方法 
有需要人士可直接向中心報名，部份服務一般須由社工評估申請人服務需要，殘疾申請人士需要出示殘疾人士登記證或相關証明文件。

退出服務方法
1. 凡接受為期三個月或以上的訓練及支援服務使用者須於一個月前以書面申請
2. 其他服務使用者可隨時口頭向中心申請
