Serene Court provides elderly 24-hour accommodation and day-care services by a team of professional healthcare. It began operation since October 2015, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. MTR Olympic Station, major traffic arteries and large shopping malls are within minutes’ walk.

Service Districts
All eligible elderly from New Territories, Kowloon, Hong Kong and Islands.

The unique needs of the elderly to the present, according the residents’ comprehensive health, social, psychological and spiritual needs, to enable old age; we provide a 24-hour accommodation, meals, personal care, nursing services, social activities, individual counseling and Religious services.

Target Groups
•    Aged 65 or above;
•    Elders who are assessed as suitable for admission by ‘Standardized Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services’
•    Elders who are mentally suitable for communal living
Facilities
Serene Court is fully equipped with toilets and bathrooms and even room, multi-purpose room, physical and occupational therapy room, nostalgic small groceries and a small open-air garden, and feature wireless internet (WIFI) Internet access and video link facilities.
Professional nursing team
•    24-hour registered nurse on duty
•    Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapists
•    Registered Western Medical Officers’ visits
•    Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment
•    Dispensers, nutritionists, foot care workers
•    Professional social workers

服務內容

• 住宿服務－提供150個宿位，包括資助宿位90個及非資助宿位60個；
• 暫托服務－提供暫托住宿服務；
• 院車服務－接送院友往返同區醫院及診所覆診。

服務對象

• 年屆65歲或以上；
• 經「安老服務統一評估機制」評核為身體機能屬中度至嚴重受損程度，無傳染病及不良嗜好者；
• 身心狀況適宜及願意過群體生活。

收費

資助宿位	根據社會福利署發出的每月標準收費：現時每月$2,060
非資助宿位	根據「安老服務統一評估機制」界定身體機能受損程度收取每月宿位費用：中度$15,000；嚴重$18,000
住宿暫托照顧服務	根據資助或非資助宿位類別收取每日宿位費用：每日$559

申請途徑

資助宿位	由社會福利署或社會福利機構的家庭服務中心、長者地區中心、長者鄰舍中心、或醫院的醫務社會工作部，經社會福利署統一評估辦事處轉介
非資助宿位	請致電聯絡本院職員申請，或親臨本院索取申請表格

退出服務

院友終止住宿服務，須於一個月或之前，以書面通知本院。

院友經院方屢次規勸，仍未能履行居住合約或違反院舍守則，院方有權給予院友一個月的通知期要求離院，
如觸犯刑事罪行者則須即時離院。
