Smart Club is a self-financing day activity centre for elders with mild cognitive impairments and early stage of dementia. The centre adopts psycho-social and person-centered care approaches, providing one-stop support services and congitive simulation activities in order to maintain their community living and cognitive functionings.

We also focus to provide comprehensive support to their carers, enhancing their caring skills as well as alleviating related stress.
