The school originated as the Hing Man Nursery School under the Lutheran Philip House, established in 1983. It is currently managed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong and is located in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. The school comprises 3 classrooms, a spacious sports room, a multi-sensory activity room, and a generous outdoor activity space where students can delight in the pleasures of planting fruits and flowers.
Within the school, a variety of games, toys, and diverse audio-visual teaching materials are provided, alongside extensive outdoor play equipment including climbing frames, trampolines, swings, bicycles, and slides.
