The school originated as the Oi Lun Nursery School under the Lutheran Philip House, established in 1992. It is currently managed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong and is located in the Sha Tin District. The school comprises 4 classrooms, a counseling room, a room with padded flooring for gross motor activities, a multi-sensory playroom, a science corner, an area for pretend play, a computer-aided learning corner. 
Within the school, a wide range of games, toys, and diverse audio-visual teaching materials are provided alongside expansive outdoor physical equipment like rope nets, tunnels, and slides.
