The school started its service in April, 2004 in Tseung Kwan O with an area of 507 square metres. It has four classrooms, an integrated activity room and an indoor playground. When necessary, it will borrow Kin Choi Community Hall to organize school activities. The school collaborates with the Lutheran Church of Clemency Church to provide spiritual nurturing for children and their families.
