The school was established by the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission in April, 1974, and is now managed by ELCHK. It is located at the 6/F of a community centre with a total area of 297.4 square metres. It has four classrooms and a rooftop outdoor fitness training ground. The school collaborates with ELCHK Ling Fung Lutheran Church to provide spiritual nurturing for children and their families.
