Starting from 1998, The Grace Training and Development Centre has been providing different courses, seminars and training activities for Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tai Po, Sheung Shui and Chai Wan districts.
Our services are closely associated with the job market. Since 2000, we have organized ERB courses ‘Manpower Development Scheme’ for those unemployed and are interested in upgrading their skills. The diverse courses help learners to obtain professional qualifications and being recognized. The ‘Advanced Education Program’ also provides various learning opportunities for them to strengthen their abilities as well as to provide more talents for our society.

-  Improving the life skills and self-reliant abilities for new arrivals and local partners
-  Assisting new arrivals and local partners to solve problems of
adaptation so as to enable them to integrate into the society as soon as possible

Target Groups
Unemployed people and those facing difficulties in employment

Service Content
- Training – providing different types of courses and employment-related training activities
- Employment – providing employment counselling, seminars, job matching, employer’s network, job referrals, placement and recruitment activities
- Alumni association and integration activities – establishing cohesion, mutual aid and encouragement through activities and workshops, helping trainees to build up self-esteem and confidence, and maintaining long-term contact with them through lifelong education.

GTC 服務網
基督教香港信義會天恩培訓及發展中心為在中心已完成ERB「人才發展計劃」美容、美甲、保健按摩、陪月員及家務助理證書課程的畢業學員提供實操機會，開設Grace Beauty「美的天地」美容中心、「保健Zone」保健按摩中心及「家居事務通」服務轉介，為顧客提供超值的專業服務。
