香港夏天炎熱多雨，外出時有雨遮旁身就可以遮風擋雨擋太陽。對於一班鄉郊長者來說，一把優質的拐杖雨遮更可以用來借力，可以方便及安全地行走凹凸不平的鄉郊小路。因此，威勝利香港、盈發地基工程有限公司義工隊於2020年9月25日前來靈合長者健康中心，為鄉郊長者送120把拐杖雨遮，更附上親手寫的心意卡和燈籠，送上佳節祝福和暖意。義工隊在探訪時與長者傾談，了解更多鄉郊長者的生活，感受到長者的慈祥及喜悅。
A Big "Thank You" to all VSL-Intrafor-DHK-BYME volunteers (our 62 colleagues & their families) who made the Unique Compassion Cards and successfully delivered the Compassion Cards with Lanterns & "2 in 1 Cane-umbrellas" to our ELCHK, Kwu Tung Elderly Service Centre.
Under our arrangement, they were also able to deliver our warmest messages to some of the elderlies i.e. to deliver our gifts to 19 elderlies accompanied by our staff.
The Elderlies were very happy & grateful for our cards & umbrellas, we expressed the warmest greetings from all of us and also wished them all a very happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
